M3 Floor Mats NLA?

I bought convertible ones a few months ago, seemingly the same fitment, maybe slightly bigger but still looks great in my car. They were also somewhere around $60 too from a dealership in NorCal, just couldn't use the rears for obvious reasons but my old rears were just fine.

Yep, trunk mat. I was shocked to find it available for only $56. I've wanted one for a while!

I thought so. Yeah I have the trunk mat too. But just like the previous version floor mats, my trunk mat had foam backing that crumbles, and purple ///M stripe.
I have their other goodies too, the grocery hanger rack and the cargo net.

Never looked it up, but wonder if they had trunk carpet mat in gray. That way it would match the heather gray side panels..hmm??

the set I ordered from the local dealership showed up and had no M3 stitching, or stitching of any kind. I rejected them. FCP still shows backordered. The hunt continues.

I was thinking the same thing! But dark blue is actually the correct color ///M stripe over the purple(violet) now.
Aw man, now I have to talk myself out of knowing this so my OCD doesn’t make me have to replace and buy these new ones lol.

Right, besides the floor mats (that I bought in 2014 or so), all the ///M logos on my car have a dark blue center stripe. Now that I've noticed the purple on the mats, they look wrong.

So as long as the FCP mats don't have foam backing, I'll be purchasing a set.

Just ordered a set from FCP and they got shipped so they must be available again as FCP was completely out of stock.

I was sad to let go of my original mats with the period correct purple ///M coloring, but they were showing some wear so I decided to replace them before new mats are truly NLA.

For anyone that has purchased a recent set of OEM floormats, did bmw change the stripes to the ugly new colors, or are people listing them as E46 M3 compatible with the correct part number but selling the wrong product to mislead you? I actually had this happen months ago and had to return them. For anyone wondering, the part number is 82110029231 and the stripes should be look like this with purple in the center. Still looking for a set myself in either coupe or vert as I just want a spare set of fronts on hand.

the new mats I got well over a year ago dont have purple color either. My originals in the car have purple though

No I got these from a dealer off eBay, he said they are catching up.

Yeah I suspect someone at the factory mixed up the patterns and the embroidery - probably in a rush to get these out the door.
