getbmwparts has some parts marked down from MSRP already, no idea if that's normal or not. their discount code for 5% does work on top of the "sale" items.

Any discounts at OEM distributors? I usually count on bmwminipartstore but don’t see anything there. GetBMWparts has 5%

Exact. I can’t find one position I am comfortable in the OEM seats… same for Z4M Coupe seats. Always moving the seats a little bit but it’s never good.

I did a 12h road trip drive last summer with my Recaro Sportster CS and no problem. It was the same with my Recaro Pole Position back in the days. Those are super comfo for fix back seats! I need another sets in my AW M3!

Very subjective question. I always found fixed back racing seats significantly more comfortable than the stock seats, both on and off track. My lower back would get uncomfortable on long drives with the stock seats, but I never had an issue with racing seats once I found the right seating position.

I just went through the same exercise over the last 48hrs. From what I found, it seems as though the consensus is BW wheels are better made than the Apex, and right now with 20% off they were also cheaper for non-forged options. If you can find the fit and finish you want, and don't go forged, the BW is the way to go. What I can't decide yet is if I want to spend the money for a proper forged wheel for the M3. The TA8 seems like somewhat of an upgrade over my EC7 since I need to replace the tires anyway, but I'm not sure if it's enough to justify spending another $1200+ instead of putting that money towards other things.

I like the TA16 as an entry level forged option, but I haven't got into the differences between it and something like the BBS RIA. The TA16 isn't at enough of a discount right now to force me into a decision.

I’m stuck between going BW, apex, or BBS CH-R’s. Wish they made the CHR’s in a proper 18” spec
