The cookies are finally out the oven and icing got applied.

There it is! My Phoenix Yellow 1:1 CSL Carbon Diffuser with CSL matching 1x1 weave pre-preg carbon fiber is produced, painted and currently curing before shipment.

There were lots of questions surrounding the paint like. The answer from René was this would be naturally dictated by the ridge.

It was difficult to understand for most, understandably so. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Whats eta on this again? Probably arrive when im on vacation like the supersprint lol

Deliveries will start by end of June to early July. I want to have the first one to validate everything is tip top to green light production units.

Inching closer to production:
Negative Mold Creation.

As of June 8th 2022, René has created the 1st negative mold. Made from carbon fiber, this mold will be used to create the actual production units! The mold is further reinforcement by adding carbon fiber plates to ensure the mold stays true during production and autoclave process.

The negative mold will now be finalized by applying the various layers of release agent needed to start production.

Next step: my test diffuser gets made this Friday : )

Negative mold creation has started. Rene wants to do 2x negative mold production considering the popularity to cut down production time in half. He'd be able to do 6 to 8 diffusers a week.

I've opened up 20x spots for a limited pre order here. Pricing is a little bit higher than crowdfunding - thanks to those that initially committed to make this a reality.
