Look on German eBay, there are some sellers. Most of the sellers from Poland have declared there adress as „Görlitz“, which is a town in Germany near the Poland-Germany border.
I have a steering wheel in the mail, should be arriving this week.

You can get similar (oem round without sending core) from Poland for around 220-260€. Or with core for 100-150€.
I‘m from Germany and prices here for upholstery are crazy high...

interested, but would want to convert from regular to ZHP/CSL wheel and I haven't looked into how to actually do that yet.

He's increase prices as he is struggling to source cores, they're getting more expensive. He will start offering a core exchange program because of this.

Would this be alcantara wrapped over top of the leather or stripped to the core and wrapped on top of padding?

OEM round is stripped. Flat bottom is wrapped over for extra thickness.
