Just asked HMS on this and they replied with this:


The quick fit belts in general are designed to be used with the factory seats but we have tested and approved both the Recaro Pole Position and the Cobra Nogaro aftermarket seats for use with the quickfit belts. You will still need to have your factory 3pt buckle to clip into for your inboard lap so as long as you found a way to keep that you should be good.

It wouldn't be safe to use the Schroth quickfit with them, but you could use this to mount the harnesses to the rear deck, taking the harness load off the seat and making it safe.

These seats are only marginally larger around the waist because they flare out to accept 3 point belt receptacle.

I am guessing it's only larger around the waist area? Won't be ideal for someone 6'3"?
