I looked at all 7 pages of this thread. I love what you've done with the whole car. The whole time I was saying "why didnt he paint the door"? ahaha. Then I saw you painted it.

The LED tails were such a sweet upgrade.

Coming from an 01 myself this same exact LED tail light retrofit ran me a lot of money back in 2006 when I did it. We didnt have coding yet back then so a new LCM and trip to the dealership was a must. Luckily my friend worked there at the time so I was able to source the parts at discount and he coded the new LCM to my car for free. I knew I had to have the tail lights though. To top it all off I was able to get a later model HVAC control unit as well. Its pretty much the same setup except the buttons are shifted around a little differently.

I would make one suggestion.. either replace the lower bumper grille or tape around it and use some plastidip. It'll really refresh the front.

Excellent work on the car otherwise. Keep up the fine modding.

Love them. I am almost 6 foot. They changed the entire dynamic of the car and are much more comfortable than standard FIA Pole Position (wider at the hip).

Nice e46! Do you still own your e90?

Thank you. I actually sold my E90 M3 2 months ago. I owned the car for over 10 years and it lost it's specialness to me. I sold it to an enthusiast who's going to take care of it. My plan was to sell the E90 M3 and the E46 M3 and get into a 997 Porsche or 996 Turbo but I have other cars, toys and aspirations and think the simplicity and ease of maintenance of the E46 fits my current lifestyle.

Same dilemma here. Thanks for your feelings on it.

Been on OEM US Headers since I bought the car figured it was time to go hatless. After gathering as much information as I could and talking to my tuner/tech who has built numerous E46 M3 race cars I decided to go with the CPI Stepped Headers. Hopefully I can get a dyne baseline and post header install in the spring. Some header porn in the meantime...

I saw those and your AP/Fabspeed headers but I didn't think you would be down to ship to Toronto

Sorry to go back a year but can I ask a question about your EC7s? Did you have any issues with rubbing on the ET22s? I am looking at the same width and tire size you were running for a track set and the APEX website recommends the ET35 but may require spacers depending on suspension. Did you need to run a ton of negative camber to make these fit? They look fantastic on your car.

They fit perfectly fine to be honest. Admittedly I ran a good amount of negative camber to get them to fit but no more negative camber that I run with my current BBS set up. Just for reference, my current BBS set up is 18x10 et24 so not much of a difference between the EC7's. I ran 265/35/18 AD08R for both set ups. You will be fine in the rear and fine up front with the proper camber. May hear some scrubbing up front in tight turns and big bumps for the street but I never experience any rubbing on track with either set up.

CSL Diffuser back from some fresh Glasurit Imola Paint. Quite happy with how the paint line came out.

My car is officially for sale if anybody knows someone interested. I am located in Toronto Canada and would prefer a local sale.
Car has 98,500 Miles with a clean title. I will sell with or without seats/wheels. Thank you!
