Oh yeah forgot to mention a change since I received the car back from M3Projekts. I had a big brake kit installed - Mégane RS Trophy-R fronts + Porsche 996 rears.

The only issue I have are them being squeeky, which is probably 99.9% the brake pads I used (EBC yellow). Maybe I should use the ones you used. Oh yeah I had to use 17.5mm wheel spacers in the front to clear the calipers. Since the rears were used I had them refurbished (powedercoat, in seals etc) by Renewed Finishes. I was on a time crunch to get them installed for a car show so I had Tier Care Care install them.

Haven't posted forever but figure I should post the latest. Car running strong. Only major change has been Brembo brakes. That said...

Took home a top award over the weekend at the 42nd Annual Deutsche Marque Concours d'Elegance.

Long time no post. I created an e46 M3 registry to log stats on our cars. So if you have a m3 touring conversion or want to see the stats go to e46m3touring.com

    Please spread the word.

Car looks great! Love the slicktop!

Maybe. Is it more stock-looking than the one I currently have? I was going to actually go further away from stock looking and install an Alpine I purchase for it (stock Alpine photo) :

Cant go wrong with a Alpine unit
Alpine is definitely a better unit but Avin Avant looks nearly indistinguishable from oem navigation headunit. It depends on your priority. People says sound quality is really good with Avin as well but it can be pretty glitchy. Its just a android device inside.

Fixed the broken tabs on the rear trim pieces. Now all is good

Have you thought about going Avin Avant 4 for the oem look?
