Update: 4/25/20 Brake System Overhaul

Finally installed the Porsche 996 calipers that I have been rebuilding off and on for a while.

These were long overdue. Power bleeder is a must. Some pictures I took along the way.

Stock E46 M3 complete brake system for sale. Calipers, brackets, and lines have 69k. Rotors and pads like new. Let me know.

Garage Update

First pic before then current pics. Removed the bottom half built in wall shelfs and replaced them with a 61 inch Husky tool box and work bench.

Painted the peg board black on the work bench to match tool box. Also bought a butcher block counter, cut it to size and sealed it to match my tool box.

I'm loving how far the garage has come. Still need a lift.

Update: 04/10/20 69k, Hood Insulation Delete, Detailing

Milestone. Old girl hit the big 69 today. She's been getting a workout recently as the new daily.



Removed my hood insulation, not sure why I waited so long to do so.



With all this free time recently I decided to start on some detailing and maintenance.

Great build journal! Makes me want to go see Frank to see what he can do with my car - I have canned Evolve tune and wondering if ECU needs to have that tune removed before any additional tuning completed...

Thank you. It's possible, I believe your tune just needs to be unlocked.

Update: 03/31/20 DMG AutoSport Rear Strut Bar

I had some free time yesterday so I installed my rear DMG Autotsport strut bar that was collecting dust. I need to go take her for a rip and make sure all is well. Install was easy and this bar matches my front DMG strut bar perfectly. Will take better pics later.

Thank you, appreciate it. It's been a long process and labor of love. Still so much to do! I know it sounds insane but would like to address every nut and bolt in one way or another one day.

Update: 02/03/20 OEM Car Cover and Key Hole Delete

Not much action going on with the M3. I bought a OEM car cover because I have some work being done at home.

I also installed a key hole delete a little while. Crappy pics for now.

Update: 12/27/19 Stiffer Springs

Installed Eibach 450 front and 550 rear springs over the break. Previously was 400 front and 450 rear. In my opinion it should have came like this out the box.
