Oh, that walnut interior on the Z3 Coupe is gorgeous. I want that in my M Coupe!

These were all at an open road race we do here in Nebraska every year.

Think I might need an E28 for some reason. Not an M5, just a slow regular one. Their prices don't seem to have followed the crazy trajectories of E30s or other classics, and they look cool as heck. Pretty hard to find though it seems and I have no space, but that hasn't stopped me yet.
Oh man, this photo brings back memories. I had a '88 e28 528e 5MT in the same royal metallic blue as this photo. And I retrofitted euro grills and headlights like the one in the photo. Not fast, but fun.

And the visibility out of the car was phenomenal.

TexaZ3 Thanks! It was old bmw airhead motorcycles that got me in to the brand, and eventually my m3.

Some highlights from the 2021 Lime Rock Park historic festival. I happened upon a gorgeous 328. How's that for timeless? There was also a pretty nice reproduction of a E9 CSL art car; fitting, considering Brian Redman made an appearance. Should have got a picture of that..

A bonus: the intricate exposed frame of the Maserati Tipo 61 "Birdcage."
