Car shifting rough after SMG CSL update

I did not. Is that necessary? Is that via Winkfp or NCS Expert?

Just applied the CSL SMG tune and the car is shifting rougher than before, and there is a much more noticeable clunk from the rear. Any thoughts? Should I run adaptations?
