    Ec-7 Vs Arc8

Does anyone here have experience with both? I'm currently running Arc-8 but found a decent deal on some Ec-7. I am wondering if anyone ahs experience with both and what the added 3lbs/wheel feels like.

EC- stands for Extra clearance as in brake caliper clearance.

ARC8 are better, but it could depend on your calipers. Though, if you're getting an aggressive set anyway like 9.5et22, I don't think calipers are an issue?

The lighter the wheel, the better.

The ET22 clear most BBK except the bigger 380mm brembo

Couldn’t really tell a difference when my car was about 3k lbs using a slightly heavier wheel (not an EC7).

Now that it is 2600-ish lbs I can tell a difference. Mostly under braking and turn in over bumpy surfaces.

Fitment and clearance should be #1. Then find the strongest and lightest wheel you can.
