    I will make a custom front splitter up to the aluminum belly pan and rear diffuser from diff to rear bumper but not a complete flat floor for the moment.

    I am building another E46 M3 race car. It’s not finished yet but can’t wait to put it on the scale. I removed a lot of metal inside the cabin (reinforcement behind the A-B-C pillars, inside the doors, inside the rear quarter panels, flat trunk & battery floor, removed rear bulkhead, ...). I also removed all the nd stitch weld all the chassis. The cage ties into the rear subframe and front strut tower.

    I have 320 hours in it so far and will have 400 once finished. I still need to rebuild the PF Z45/Z29 BBK, do valve adjustement, rod bearings, VANOS bulletproof, ...

    Been a big year, starting with a full engine rebuild through last summer/fall.
    Details include full overbore/new pistons, raised compression, 272/280 cams, BESIAN rebuild, and all new hardware/bearings.
    Thing sealed up at 3% leak on first fire up.

    Over the winter too I started the process of acquiring a few spicy parts:

    Testing front caliper clearance;

    Car as of yesterday:

    Also just placed an order for full SS V1, oversized S1+2, and sport muffler.

    Excited to get Hassan to tune this car. With airbox/ exhaust spec, and engine mods, can't wait to see what kind of power this will put down.
    As long as I can piss all over my friend's E92 ;}

    Delayed Track Season - Show us your builds!

    Since track season has been delayed by a month or two at this point, most of us have some extra time to prep our cars some more, so i thought why not share some pictures of our projects? There are several builds i know of in the SE region already.

    My M3 has been neglected a fair bit as of late, since picking up an S2000 for the track. The M3 is currently up in Virginia with a fellow member getting some VANOS work done.

    Also managed to pick up a really cool Gooseneck 44'. Front is living quarters, back is garage. Was a great deal, even though i'm having to fix a few things, such as water damage in the back that was not addressed. Still, hopefully i can get it perfect for those longer trips up to VIR and beyond
Working...
