Stand alone ECU options?

So I've been originally looking to do an AEM Infinity, but it looks like they dont make the PNP harness anymore. is there anyone else who makes a PNP harness for it? Or what has everyone else been using for their stand alone set up?

How about ECUMaster? I think there is a company out of England that makes a PNP harness for the s54 and the ECUMaster Black?

You can take a look at the SCS Delta too if it suits what you need. It's extremely cheap.

Bosch has a motorsport ECU but it is big money.

Update: We will be using AEM Infinity 506 and making a custom harness
