Yeah...I have it's almost identical twin and want it. Especially with those parts....sell off the trunk and wheels you've got an Alpine 6speed carbon roof M3 for ~$20k. Jeez!

Smog. Not evading taxes lol. Although I just realized I don't see anything pertaining to emissions mods in this listing and it says it will pass CA smog so idk why this one is registered there, My guess is it probably had CSL airbox / exhaust mods at some point.

Sometimes the computer has issues connecting to an ECU with CSL software. It's hit or miss. There are tuners that can make it pass (as I learned after going the Montana route unfortunately). But also lifetime registration is a nice bonus.

There are dozens of online companies that will do it for you....but when I researched it last year, it seems the IRS has started to catch up and raise the audit flag.
