                      Yeah, I saw AMS Automotive does the service:

                      You finished your much needed SMG to Manual conversion, all the modules have been programmed and all is well! Now, to complete the true factory 6 speed manual look, you need to delete the smg screen from the cluster! This service is to remove the physical SMG screen from your cluster and install the factory style blank


                      I bet there's a way to get the insert from Derek over there and do it yourself though.

                          OE insert is superior but I'd say it's a decent option if you dont' want to buy a whole 6MT cluster.
