WTB: Dakar E46 M3

Hey, I'm searching for a Dakar E46 M3 as the ideal specs of the car would be:

-Clean Title
-Clean Carfax, no accidents
- 6MT preferred but SMG is fine
- Service/Maintenance Records
- Having the big three done is a plus
- 100k mi +
- Willing to pay the right price for the right car

I'm located in Los Angeles. (local pickup)
Only interested in Dakar Yellow as it has been a dream color for me to own on an E46 M3.

I saw that listed but the previous owner told me that the current owner isn't a fellow enthusiast that is just greedy for money. He bought it from him two years ago and left it sitting by only driving it 31 miles in two years. I believe that it is too expensive for an SMG that still needs maintenance. (personal opinion)
