I thought that euro section 1 with cats were selling for $1000 at this point? I am looking to buy the supersprint section 1 with cats if I am spending that much money. You might look into welding a set of GESi cats into a US section 1.
As far as I know, there is no more sniff test in Cali. But when they smell the exhaust they will know you’re running catless and could potentially fail you.

My shop in NC just hooks up to the OBD port and if the monitors are good you get a pass
