WTB MSS54HP BMD service

Long story short, before I shell out the money to have a third party try and bdm my ecu to get it functional I wanted to see if anyone in the continental US has the equipment to perform the service for a cost.

I’ve already went the route of attempting the diy for this myself and I cannot get the soldering down for the life of me.
