S54 out of a 2001 E46 M3 with harness and ecu. 180k miles on engine. Motor is still in the car runs and drives great. Starts up every time, idles smooth. No issues. Recently passed smog. Has had the rod bearings replaced in the past under BMW warranty. Motor is out of the car and ready to go as of 5/2/2020 Price $3,400.00 firm.
