I have a complete manual trans swap minus the hydraulic line that connects the clutch slave to the master that goes under the carpet.
Details:
Clutch pedal with master cylinder
Brown Clutch Switch (I will NOT SELL this separately)
Slave cylinder with hose
06 SMG trans that was machined with new detents, also has gear position indicator installed
Shifter Assembly
$3000 plus shipping

The trans came off my 06 M3 with 114xxx miles and was machined at a local machine shop. No issues and shifts smoothly in all gears like a normal manual should
The rest of the parts came off an 04 convertible that was totaled in a salvage yard

I have a pallet that I can properly package everything on but shipping is up to the buyer

That brown clutch switch is very hard to find… I did smg swap last year and I am still trying to find one 🥲

I found two on car-part.com the one in my car and the one extra I have.
you have to be persistent and call the junk yards, ask for the entire clutch pedal assembly with the master cylinder. M3s are rare but they do pop up.
