Engine for sale - 120k miles

I have a spare motor that I bought for my M3. I never planned on selling the car, but a back injury changed directions, so I am selling some parts to include an engine. I paid $4k for the motor and it has 120k. I would do the rod bearings as preventative maintenance while its out of the car and I do not know if the vanos has been touched. I did remove the injectors and had them all cleaned - I have yet to put them back in. The motor is in good shape and my loss is your gain. Asking $2800 - motivated to sell to a local buyer to avoid shipping, but can ship at the buyers cost. I also have the ECU that came with the car and will include it in the sale.
