I had a similar setup and picked up a mount that worked way better through store.insta360.com. Their stuff fits cage bars nicely and holds steady even on rough sessions. Way easier to adjust angles too without needing tools every time.Last edited by Maddyalen; 06-02-2025, 04:55 AM.

I had same issues issuing the OEM GoPro rollbar mount. The swivel function allows for too much flex, so I swapped to a shorter arm and then zip tied the base of the mount to keep it as secure as possible. It’s definitely way better this way but nothing beats camera directly to mount on flat surface like windshield imo.Originally posted by Maddyalen View PostI see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if you ever found a solid mount that holds up well on track. I’ve been running into issues with vibration messing up my footage using similar roll bar setups. Curious if anyone’s tried isolating the mount somehow or using a different brand that holds tighter under load.

Funny enough, I’m actually trying to find a solid GoPro mount to add to the roll bar in my GT3. The mount I was selling in this listing vibrated too much, especially when going over curbing.Originally posted by Maddyalen View PostI see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if you ever found a solid mount that holds up well on track. I just bought the mount linked below then realized it wouldn’t work bc the roll bar dia is 1.5”. It’s a metal mount aside from the GoPro mounting piece, which I think should minimize vibration, so I’m trying to find a solid spacer that would allow me to make it work with the 1.5” roll bar.
