I had these on my 2002 M3 for about 8500 miles, I think it's a great kit for the street or occasional track use, when adjusted all the way soft it rode better than stock in my opinion.

The kit came with 6" 440lbs front springs, and it was too low for me even adjusted all the way up, so I purchased a 7" springs with 450lbs rate for the front which are included.

I recently I upgraded to MCS suspension, let me know if you're interested, thanks
