fwiw, after my euro catted sec 1 got clogged, i didn't want to go with something used. i purchased HJS Cats from europe, and had them welded onto my US Section 1. all in was around $1200 between the purchase and the weld.

Awesome - thanks for your feedback. Want to stay as OEM as possible and retain O2 bungs and EGT sensor. Is it possible to do something like that with this setup?

An added noted on why we don't need the HD version per the same m5 board:
All European vehicles 2008 and later must use HJS HD (High Durability) Catalysts which are EURO 5 Compliant. HJS HD Catalysts has a higher durability and a special coating for EURO 5 vehicles. All European vehicles up to 2007 can use regular HJS Catalysts.
Bump - still in the market for a SS Catted section 1 that can bolt up to OEM EU headers or a OEM EU catted section 1. SoCal local pickup preferred.
Decided the DIY route for catted section 1 was too much drama… want to buy something ready to bolt up vs hoping for the best with muffler shops welding everything in correctly.
