Purchased these and test fitted them, however I ended up going a different direction so I no longer need them. Less than a week old. These are the ones that allow you to mount the seat further inward (as per Bimmerworld)
Few scratches from mounting, however they can be flipped and you wouldn't see the scratches.
They're currently $212+tax new on Bimmerworld site (on sale).
Asking $175 shipped or 165 picked up in 90049
