Headers are in good shape, no visible degradation to the cats themselves. Came off my 2006 M3. Unknown mileage, as my car was catless for a solid portion of its life. Asking $300obo, picked up in Los Angles.
Section three is in good shape. Has two bolts seized that need to be extracted, should not be difficult. Asking $85obo, picked up in Los Angeles. Free if you buy the headers at asking.
