Some dumb questions.

Do you have any idea how difficult it would be to swap these into an M3 that came with standard headlamps?

Will the lenses for standard headlamps fit these?

Lenses do fit, just finished this project myself. You need a bi-xenon capable LCM, code it accordingly and, if you want the flaps to open, you need to run a wire from pin 2 of the LCM to the driver side headlight and another from pin 36 to the passenger side headlight.

Any non LCI coupe headlight will work, you just need the inner pre-lci shrouds and lenses. Just a thought in case you can't find someone to trade.
