For Sale: SOLD! Dynavin N7 Pro

    SOLD!@

Upgrading my Dynavin N7 pro to the 8 because I want wireless CarPlay instead of wired CarPlay.

Unit works fine and is in great condition.

Harnesses and accessories included are Microphone, Aux out lines, Radio antenna, wired Carplay adapter, and USB extension.

What you will need to buy to plug it into your e46 is a $20 main harness from Dynavin : https://dynavinnorthamerica.com/prod...=1513090613261

Optional harnesses you can buy that I never had are a GPS harness (I just use carplay and from there I use WAZE) and a backup camera harness (I have a vert so don't need a backup camera). You can also buy that from their website.

So sans the main harness, this is a complete unit!

it will be shipped via usps large flat rate box so that will be the shipping cost on top of the price of the unit.

    $300 + shipping firm.

    thanks for looking!

    Julian!

    Very temping...

Just a FYI, in case you were not planning to remove an install the new mic, the N7 uses a 2.5mm jack and the D8 uses a 3.5mm so you'll need adapters to swap mics.

I used this for the N7 mic into the D8: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Hmm when you upgraded did you purchase their n7 to 8 adapter harness? I thought it was plug and play because of that.

If I understand correctly that is to adapt the extension harness to the D8, which would be used in a factory Nav car. I would imagine that harness is so you don't have to take apart the entire interior for the swap. I emailed JT Distributing and they acted like this was the first time this had ever been brought to their attention. NBD, just wanted you and your buyer to know just in case you had the same thoughts as us.

His car was a non-nav car so we just used everything from the new kit (non-nav) minus the mic because it was run into the factory location and all that stuff is a bit "flimsy" to be taking on and off multiple times. So we planned to just re-use the mic, then found the issue.

Super thankful for this! I’ll find out soon enough as the new unit is out for delivery today.

times like these I wish radio shack were open so I could just go buy that adapter if needed!

also if you were interested in the unit, pm me a fair offer and I’ll let it go.

I 100% agree with the Radio Shack comment, I really try to buy local and even in Austin, TX I couldn't find that piece after calling a dozen or so audio equipment shops, electronics retailer and what not.

Thanks for the update on this. You were right about the mic. I ended up just uninstalling the N7 pro mic and installing the 8 mic. Saved me a couple of days of waiting for the adapter and the new buyer of my unit will get the original mic.

                You rock! =)

Hi maw. No original packaging as this was on the car when I purchased it. Being sent, well packaged, via usps large flat rate box with what you see in the photos. Being shipped from 90278 but since it’s flat rate, everyone will pay the same amount.
