SOLD: MCS 1WNR C/O rear with non-M GC Race plates

    *SOLD*

MCS One-Way Non-Remote with coilover rears and clevis joint rear shock mounts purchased new from Rogue Engineering 6/2017. Retail $3389 today:

Haven't had as much time for cars as planned, so I've only put 7 track days (4 sessions each) and ~2400 street miles on them. Considering moving to a more street-oriented setup in order to get more use out of the car, but will stick with these if they don't sell.

Given their age, they're technically due for a rebuild (5 years regardless of use,) so may be a good candidate for someone who wants custom valving, a base for upgrading, or a fresh rebuild for a SpecE46 season. That said, I'm fully confident in them as-is - no evidence of oil or gas loss. Every HPDE instructor I've had has commented on how well set up the car feels with these shocks.

They come with their original adjusters and ride height wrenches.

I picked up the GC plates used on the forum here, and I know they're non-M because the minimum negative camber I can achieve with them on my M3 is -3.0*. Great for track and pair nicely with the MCS, but I'd like to run less camber on the street. Retail $461 today:
Ground Control Racing Camber / Caster Plates More camber adjustment than stock, caster adjustment, aircraft bearings, engraved with calibrated degrees, with stainless steel reinforcement. Every component is anodized or plated, including fasteners. Adds extra travel to avoid excessive bottoming out, this is a very well

I also have 2.25" Torrington bearings, Delrin slip rings, tender springs, etc. so I could build a complete ready-to-run setup if need be.

$2389 + ship and insurance. Basically $1000 off for a rebuild and free plates. Inquire about tenders, etc.

    Thanks for looking.

Can these work with factory strut / shock mounts in the front and rear?

No, the fronts have 14mm shafts and square shoulders, so you need some sort of camber plate. The non-M GC plates listed here are monoball and have high camber on M3s, but you could use a street or hybrid plate from GC, Turner, etc. to make them more civilized. Also, for any shortened-body shock, you want a shorter plate to recover some lost travel.

The rears have a sort of rod end/Heim joint housing (clearanced for the adjuster) screwed onto their shafts. It might be possible to remove that and run the adjusters inside the trunk and support the shock with something like a poly RSM from Rogue or something, but I'd have to look into it. If you're serious, I can shoot an email to Rogue and ask. The only reason to do this would be for NVH though, in which case you'd be better off with a lower-maintenance setup like quality twin tubes and stock mounts IMO.

Also, I'm in central NH, so could meet you down in Concord or something if you wanted to avoid shipping and insurance and put your hands on them before paying.
