Interesting first post.Originally posted by Z4me86 View PostHow do these compare to a good set of used csl wheels? Any otherwise performance benefit?
Oem csl can be found for quite a bit less than this.
CSL wheels only differ in that the fronts are 8.5" wide. Otherwise, the set is identical. How do these compare? These are brand new, not used. Used sets could be over 20 years old, out of round and compromised structurally and cosmetically. Refinishing the paint on these will cost around $1000 and it will usually never be an exact match to the OE BBS finish.
You should get the used CSL set if you truly found a good deal and only care about how much you pay and nothing else...

Wild it is, especially since just a few years back these cost under $2K brand new. Fronts becoming NLA changes everything though. Rears will probably also become NLA very soon. Are there used sets out there that are better value than this? Probably, for now... until they are all snatched up or bent beyond repair. However, this could be one of the last brand new sets out there. Also, comparing these wheels to anything aftermarket is just silly.Originally posted by AWE46M3 View Post

I feel like I'm defending the seller here but I promise I don't even know them.. I just think these wheels are the ultimate choice for an OEM+ E46 M3 and I think they are worth the asking price, all things considered.Last edited by PetrolM3; 01-17-2025, 07:54 AM.

I am the seller, so I am biased :POriginally posted by Z4me86Was checking to see if there was anything unique these provide vs a good used set.
But the "uniqueness" lies in that they are NLA, and if you want them where they have not been refinished, so the color is 100% as it should be, there are 0 stone chips, 0 curb rash, 0 damage, you just wont get that with a used set.

Didn’t see this post due to all of the (now removed) other posts, the price premium indicated is of course just for the fronts.Originally posted by Mayan-Viking View PostWhat's your premium on just the two fronts?E46 ///M3 • 12/2002 • phönix-gelb • 6MT
