I bought this as a backup a while ago. I bought it as it, and t's been re-wrapped with tri-stitch. It's almost more of a charcoal than grey. It's a bit thicker than the ZCP steering wheel. No longer needed as I just had my stock wheel rewrapped. Fits all E46 models.
