For Sale: SOLD - Low mileage E9x M3 cats (400 cell) - good for e46 project?

So I got a spare E9x m3 x pipe for my e90 and test pipes, and I now have the primary cats by themselves. They're obviously high quality, they've only 60k miles, and they have a flat shape that works well for ground clearance on an e46 m3 Exh project perhaps?

One of the best e46 mods is headers, but then you have to figure out how to get cats in sec 1 and that can be very expensive. Maybe this is a good option for people?
