Curious, since you're asking for a core: are you going to be offering these on a consistent basis as you refurbish cores that are sent to you? Or are you just trying to sell this one and that's it?

Yes, my idea with the core is to keep offering them, I am also looking for a SMG core still, no matter how ugly the leather is.

This might be the best re-covered unit I've seen, at least in photos. Texture looks spot-on and stitching points are identical to stock. GLWS!

Could one just send their original wheel in and get it back? My trim and buttons are in very good shape.

Yes but you would be out of a wheel for several weeks, I am also thinking to just do everything without trim and buttons, but for the pictures it looks nice with everything on there.

Definitely on the timeline, I am going to do some research so I can provide 1:1 CSL wheels, need to figure out exactly what alcantara is the correct one, will definitely come in the future!

Put me down for an oem alcantara tri color stitched wheel. Did an interior project over the winter and now everything is flawless aside from the wheel, its gonna ne the cherry on top. 😊

Just got mine and installed it today. It is replacing a Coby wheel rewrap that I had done that was coming apart on the bottom already after a year or two. Granted, a lot of people have been in and out of this car while I've been "restoring it", but it still stinks and drove me nuts. So I'm happy to have found this as an option. Looks great, feels great, and I'm ready to roll again.

Some pictures. One is the wheel I just replaced which got messed up, a during the transplant on the counter, and the final install.
