For those who’ve marred or lost their strut bar caps and hate the updated BMW redesigned ones (i.e. the “black nipples”), I have limited number of replacement caps that are slightly improved over the original.
Similar to original design, these too are flat but the interior is hex shaped to match the m8 nuts, and thus allow for a tighter fitment (13mm width). In contrast, the original ones were round and eventually wore out and loosen over time (14mm+ width). These will only fit the 6 nuts on the strut towers. The 4 caps on the center bar are too tall for these.
BMW’s revised caps go for nearly $4/ea. I am selling a set of 8 (6 + 2 extra) for $20 shipped (PayPal as ‘gift’ else add 3%) to anywhere in 48 states via USPS Advantage. First come first serve, DM if you’re interested.
