Having run that setup albeit with 245 tires up front, it is perfect, no clearance issues and no spacer required. You'll need to run 2° of camber at least though I believe, but anything from 2° on and you'll be fine

I ran a spacer to clear my big brake kit. I am running Ohlins road and track coilovers with camber plates.
