The NASCAR bars wouldn't let is reach next to the seat to tighten these belts as they are pull up.

Oh so they must like you! We have basically a spec E30 with minimal theme, so we are always flirting with penalty laps at BS. But it's pretty ratty and we race clean, help other teams out in the paddocks etc so they mostly leave us alone.
