Mile End was made by Derek, he is a member here, just not as active as M3forum.net days. He took the name Mile End to sale parts. But just before Covid, he has been super busy with work and family and had no more time for Mile End. I helped JC and Derek in the past to do test fit of previous pre-production parts on my M3s.
During Covid, I asked JC to do CSL carbon fiber parts for me and he asked me if I was interested to list parts for sale and do test fit on new parts.
Now that I am selling parts for JC and we do everything in carbon fiber instead of fiberglass, I just used the name GT4 Composites. So if Derek wants to use Mile End in the future, it's still available. I have plan to do more stuff under GT4 Composites.
Mile End was basically just fiberglass CSL bumper and CF CSL diffusers. They had huge sucess and a lot of parts were sold. Price were pre-covid and demand was huge, a lot more than capacity to produce. And it made unhappy potential customer who had to wait.
GT4 Composites parts are all CF now and we work to get better fitment as close to perfection for hand built parts. Prices might be too high for some. And it's ok. We aren't looking to expand or do more volume.
