I have a pair of Xenon headlights with ballasts for the E46 M3 in pristine condition. They came off my car at 35K miles (always garage kept). Would love your guys' thoughts on how best to price these. They're going for over $2,000 for each side brand new, which is crazy to me!

Check on eBay etc., you'll see they go for very low used, pristine or not.....GLWS -

Those do look mint. Keep in mind though they are 20+ year old technology. Also might want to clarify if Bi-Xenon or not.
FWIW, in the E39 M5 community a guy got a connection at Hella and had some new units made. OEM cost was $1,400 each, so no one ever bought.
