    WTB - OEM Throttle body operating shaft

    I'm working on a throttle body service/refurb and need a new operating shaft (the one that connects all of the throttles together). Mine is corroded to the point it's not ideal to put back in.

    #13 on the attached image. Part number is

      Portlandgrey - thanks for the links. I sent an email to the person that organized that and he responded within a day. Very helpful guy.

      He described the process as rather simple: “It was all a manual process and I manufactured a jig to machine and drill them. There is not a massive degree of accuracy required for most of it as the throttle levers are designed to be adjustable on the shaft anyway.”

        He is a nice chap, i don't know if he has any of the group buy stock left, but he did have some B grade ones left - the finish wasn't quite as shiny as hoped. They are 316 stainless though, so no real issue.
