Used them twice, and so far have had a good experience. For reference, shipping on the headers (including a 50£ repacking fee) ran me about 157£.
I could have used this in my failed attempt to get some Vagbremtechnic caliper brackets delivered to me... great tip!

C'mon guys, the Canada x US relationship is one that, unfortunately, isn't/hasn't been fostered the way it should be on both sides politically, and the people in both countries lose out; Canada really ought to be one of, if not the best ally we have save for their political allegiance to the British (IMO). Same with Mexico to a degree and TBH, the US really ought to initiate it, but we're too busy F-around in BS in other hemispheres. End political rant. To the OP: the bottom line is, you need to understand your pricing situation and current events that might impact your import duties. I've been hit with some charges due to tariff changes, and just grin and bear it unfortunately. Best of luck.

OP, if you remember correctly, parts were listed for $250usd initially and you offered $200usd and I accepted your offer.

I understand you guys in USA aren't used to pay taxes/ Duties when you buy outside of USA. Before Tariffs, it was little to none.

In Canada, we always had to pax Duties. I am in Quebec and it's has always been 15% if package comes from USA or Mexico and 21% for ROW.

Let's just say that at least some of the times, 2nd hand parts priced in USD and offered to the US market are priced specifically for the US market. Whereas, they would actually be cheaper if sold domestically in the sellers home country. That's worth considering, and isn't American entitlement. And its also, by the sounds of it, the actual point of the OP's post.
Depend what kind of parts. Honestly the difference in currency help to pay the shipping fees so I would sell pretty much same price in the end if local pickup. Just open to a larger crowd to sell in USA.

But for high end parts, I can sell for much more $$$$$ in Canada cause they would cost way to much for a fellow Canadian to buy it in USA and import it. And shipping and insurance on expensive parts kill the appeal to sell/ship to USA

I wasn’t really thinking of you, or anyone else specifically to be honest. I was being careful with my words b/c of that haha. But I do totally agree with you. Specialized, niche, or rare parts are a different ball game altogether.

My previous comments were about my personnal
parts I am selling, not the GT4 Composites parts.

For example, a Stoptech, AP Racing or Brembo BBK will sell for more money in Canada vs USA. In USA, plenty of them available and prices are low. In Canada, only couples used sets available each year. Same for BBS wheels or Recaro seats. Same for supercharger kits.

But when selling in Canada, you need to be patient cause 10x less population so 10x less potential buyers.
