I am likely parting out a 2001 M3, no motor or trans. Does any one recognize this csl deck lid. I am in Salem Ore. I am on Marketplace with a load of parts already listed. And more…..

eBay, used to be called "euro spec"

You can tell because it has the handle from the factory lid and the inner skin is molded off the non-CSL deck lid. Unfortunately, the fitment and quality are not great on these.
