For Sale: Schrick 280/272 Camshaft Set

Selling a pair of Schrick 280/272 camshafts. New in box, never installed.

These are a "middle-of-the-road" camshaft upgrade - less aggressive than 288/280 cams, but more duration than stock.

Specifications (copied from Bimmerworld):

• Intake Lobe Duration: 280°
• Exhaust Lobe Duration: 272°
• Intake Valve Lift: 12.5mm
• Exhaust Valve Lift: 12.5mm
• Intake Valve Lift @ TDC: .55-8.0mm
• Exhaust Valve Lift @ TDC: .55-6.15mm
• Valve Timing (IO-IC): 8-92 68-22
• Valve Timing (EO-EC): 53-37 8-82
• Intake Valve Clearance: 0.25mm (0.0098")
• Exhaust Valve Clearance: 0.25mm (0.0098")

Part numbers: 0415E180000, 0415A172000

I believe these are the later design that require DLC followers.

These retail for ~$2,600 on Bimmerworld. I am asking $2,000 shipped or best reasonable offer.

Ah, sorry. I will amend the post. Not trying to misrepresent them or anything, I was just going off of Bimmerworld's product description.

Oh you're good man, I was just letting people know that on paper, these are a bit bigger than CSL cams

IDK how much that translates on the dyno

If I'm not mistaken, stock was 260/260, and the CSL bumped it up to 268/264

So if CSL was a "stage 1" cam, these would be like a stage 2.
