Selling the following Genuine OEM components:

1) A set of OEM Roof Rack Bars that will fit E46 Coupes and Sedans and E39 sedans (will not fit E46/E39 wagons). May fit other BMW models, but please do your research to ensure proper fitment.

BMW Part number 82710142220 (discontinued)

These are still in great condition, with only some very light scratches. The end caps are also in good shape with some very minor scuffing. Includes M6 bolts (and corresponding allen key) for mounting the bars to the vehicle.

2) An OEM single bicycle carrier. Fits MANY various BMW models, so please do your research to ensure proper fitment.

The special bolts that mount the rack to the roof are matched to that gray driver as a security system, aren't they? How did you go about mounting and unmounting the rack if you don't have it from the previous owner? Just trying to understand the system, my E9X BMW bars don't have that same feature.

I never mounted the bars. They've been sitting in my garage, under the stairs since I acquired them. Never had a need for them. But I believe the previous owner included some M6x16 bolts that can be used for mounting. I just need to test fit them. If not, I can either buy them and include them in the deal, or you can pick some up at your local Home Depot/hardware store.

Let me know what you think. I'll test fit the bolts once I finish lunch!

Update: OK so I confirmed that the bolts pictured (I believe they are M6x16) are the correct bolts used to mount the bars!
