OE Coolant Expansion Tank dated late 2003. I removed at around 109k and replaced with thermal dispersant coated Moroso expansion tank.
The item comes with the cap, level sensor and overflow drain tube. It worked great before removal. There are no cracks, no signs of melting or missing pieces.
