Available for purchase is a used OEM E46 M3 rear subframe with OEM 3.64 LSD and M3 axles pulled from my personal 2002 E46 M3 Coupe with 162,XXX street miles. It includes upgraded Rev-Shift polyurethane RCAB bushings, ECS differential drain plug, drilled and slotted brake rotors, and Tein rear lowering springs. Zero leaks, no strange whines or clunks prior to removal. It can be installed as-is, but I would recommend replacing the aged OEM differential bushings and subframe bushings.
