It's true! I mostly lurk but have not been looking here which I should have been. They used to come up somewhat regularly in the Bay Area craigslist and I was trying to deal local so I could pick it up in person. Now I am willing to deal with shipping. I can't afford a 3k Dixis as I have a problematic bicycle addiction to satisfy and 3k is a new bike frame money. I'd say my current budget is 1-2k for this.

Thank you! The current stable is 7 very nice bikes, it's like therapy only more expensive. I found the one on e46fanatics and sent him an IM, that looks like a great piece!

I have a line on an AP Section 3 in Taiwan, we're negotiating shipping but I am a bit nervous it may become damaged en route from Taiwan to Cali. Not sure what sort of protections I would have through Paypal on a damaged good received from outside the country or if that makes a difference.

They have a rep in the local group and he’s mentioned he’s got only titanium sec 3’s left for the E46M.

I see that top speed exhaust on ebay and didn't know it was from a reputable shop. They have it listed for 1299 with free shipping which seemed too good to be legit. Thanks for the tip. I am working a deal on this AP Ti Section 3, if it doesn't work out ill do some Top Speed research.
