Up for sale is a MINT condition and desirable SW 4.5 LCM with triple blink functionality from the factory which was offered in 06 MY M3s. This will need to be recoded and mileage adjusted to match your car, but the unit is plug and play and ready to go. If you are local to the SF Bay Area, I can do the programming for a small fee.

It can be done for sure, but you'll need to correct the vin and mileage either way to remove the tamper dot when you plug this into your car. Very easy to do. Enabling the function takes only a few minutes with NCS Expert. When you enable triple blink in the coding, the high beams can also be turned on.

I don’t have access to ncs expert yet. I’ve been trying to find a laptop with windows xp. I’m kind of computer illiterate and afraid of messing things up. Is there a version of ncs expert available for windows 10? Ideally I’d like to get a laptop that would work for the bmw and my 2012 Audi avant.

Not sure about win 10, but windows 7 should work fine for most installs.
