For Sale: N15 Design S54 Constant Pressure Valve (CPV) Viton O-Ring

BMW chose an inferior o-ring material when building the S54. Over time, the Buna rubber hardens with heat cycling and oil exposure. If you see an oil leak that streams from the back of the block and down across your transmission bell housing, the CPV is usually the culprit.

The N15 Design CPV o-ring is constructed of Viton Fluoroelastomer and will retain its original shape and sealing properties for the life of the engine. This part eliminates the need to replace the whole expensive valve.

Note: O-ring only. Valve pictured for demonstration purposes only, and as you can see, the original o-rings flatten over time..

    $4.50 each

Product ships free to US and Canada via USPS First Class Mail.

Use coupon code NAM3F for 10% off through 5/31/20.

Just added one to the cart and found this ingenious product of yours:

Sorta thread hijack, but what is the MAF Screen Spacer option on that product for? I'm toying around with a CSL DME conversion prior to having all the parts available (doing in stages) and this looks like a fantastic solution.

It allows you to remove the MAF screen and the part fills in the gap that remains to keep airflow laminar through the intake tube.
