Main Airbox Assembly
The prepreg carbon main airbox is built to resonate under load, achieving the unmistakable CSL roar. Mechanical fasteners and gaskets maintain airtight sealing through extreme heat cycles and vibration for long-term reliability.
Precision molded trumpets deliver smooth internal airflow surfaces and perfect geometry. Stainless reinforcement rings prevent deformation at the coupler junction.
Airbox Snorkel
The snorkel efficiently channels airflow into the trumpets while securing the OEM MAF sensor to a CNC machined boss for accurate metering.
CFD-Optimized Design
Multiple CFD simulations were used to refine geometry and ensure each cylinder receives consistent airflow under all load conditions.
Intake Housing Assembly
Eventuri’s Generation 2 dry filter sits reverse-mounted inside a carbon shroud to remove turbulence and reduce pressure drop across the entire intake tract.
Cold Air Scoop
The lightweight carbon scoop forces dense ambient air directly toward the intake while still allowing airflow through the brake duct.
