Here my email.
I hope the member who informed BMW to also inform them about my email, maybe I get a reply.

Hi BMW team,
I live in Switzerland and have 3 BMWs.
You typically ignore my emails, that’s poor customer service.
I am also a proud owner of an E46 M3 CSL.
As you may know, some of the CSL parts are no longer available.
Considering that I am not able to acquire some of the parts of my favourite and special BMW,
I find it really surprising that BMW is offering group buys of genuine CSL parts in the USA, for non CSL owners (the CSL was never sold in the USA).
They never replied to you? Wow, that is weak.
I will write the german customer service something similiar.
But all they will do most likely, is give me a call from some customer service worker asking me how satisfied i am with the service at my local dealership. :rolleye:
"The missing thread" was posted in the public section for a couple of days until it got moved. I'd like to think that the responsible person is not part of this owners section, but who knows.
Sent them an email yesterday evening and recieved an answer this morning.
They asked for my VIN and address and more time to speak with their "specialist department". I'll report back
Update:
Got a new mail back, with the usual PR nonsense. "Thanks for your interest in BMW Products, my constructive criticism will beforwarded to the responsible department." :hahaha:
Which means they actually dont give a shit.:birdman:
I am wondering why they needed my VIN and adress to tell me that they dont give a damn? Im debating whether or not i should ask them exactly that. But it will probably lead to nowhere...
Is there a way our site admin can work out if the OP's profile has been viewed a number of times by a certain poster / IP address and make the linkage on who the grass is?
